The Philippine Health Research Ethics Portal (PHREP) is a web-based system designed to automate the review process of Research Ethics Committees (RECs) and serves as a national repository for ethically-reviewed health researches in the Philippines.

PHREP provides the following features/actions:

- Online submission of proposal for ethics review

- Automatic alert system for certain notifications and deadlines

- Archive of documents submitted through PHREP will be stored in the system for a period of time
